�         Using computers in the day to day operations of the company to enhance worker productivity

This gives Existence-ok Industries the task of researching on and in your place the necessary requirements needed to be placed on the website.

Introduction: The Website of your COMPANY will contain all the information the Company chooses to give the public, so the public can reach them via e-mail or web-form placed in the website and shop online. Internet Services will come complete with Access for the Company and sale of Internet Access to the public for financial gain.

Web-forms: these are forms designed with your customers intentions; filled by the customers who require houses, Lands etc.

FTP (File Transfer Protocol): by this information/ data, is sent to other ftp folders in giga-bytes, password protected, or not.

Domain Name: The Name of the Website is the Domain Name, the Domain Name is searched for to be sure it is not taken by others on the internet.

Hosting: The website is run on 24 hourly basis on the Internet by a server that is stable; steady electric supply and alternating servers of four (4) within six (6) hours running time without any interruption.

Website Management: your website has a Control Panel given by the host to manage your site.   

A questionnaire is placed at the end for your choice of design. We would require the questionnaire after you fill it, preferably within a week.

Website Designing: The best website for the company is the international website [this includes the company web (e-commerce, database driven website) this web is backed-up internationally with international links to Geographical Information and online shopping cart] because it has more than one website within it, these reduces the cost of many websites for each Company, Department, Sections, Outreaches for the Company. These websites has sub-webs with their own Domain Names and suffixes (.com, .biz, .org etc.) that can be accessed on their own right.

�       The Website might be called www.company.com or www.company.biz or www.company.net or www.company.org or www.company.tv or www.company.pro etc. It is advisable to get all suffices (Top Level Domains) to prevent others from using the same name.

Files can be browsed and uploaded to the Internet via ftp.

Forms: web forms that are affiliated can transfer Money to banks with card system; this would make payment for houses/ properties less cumbersome.

Departments: All the information of the various departments of the company would be uploaded into the website and organized to the design you have chosen from the questionnaire. It is better and less expensive for the data to be made available in Zips or Compact Disks than to type when setting the website because of the cost, which is multiplied severally.

Public Use: The United States Government has its government web for the public or any one who logs unto, it www.usa.gov, Nigeria needs an example of this service.

The diagram is a control panel with no visible information, for security reasons.

Marketing: Online Marketing will be effectively done effectively through the Internet; Adverts will be placed in the Media to attract audience offline. The forms earlier placed will include Credit Card (ECO Bank Master Card) facilities for online shopping. Internet Access for customers: online access.

GIS: Online Geographical Information System software will be included by purchasing the software and creating a link from www.company.com to GIS.com.

Internet: Direct internet access via mobile Phone Tools for glo (data/ kb) lines.

Wireless internet access devices are available.  Internet accesses via VSAT etc. are available.   

Maintenance: Twenty-four hour service/ maintenance for at least two years will be covered by the Webmaster and System Analyst. The Webmaster manages the web, while the System Analyst monitors the network.

Training:  The company should be self sustaining in handling its website and Internet. Provision for the training of the Webmaster, System Analyst and staff on the use of the web, will be our priority:  See Appendix G for the Course Total Time

Invoicing Schedule

Existence-ok will invoice COMPANY as follows:

�         75% of the Total project fee, due at signing of this proposal, signaling an acceptance of the terms outlined herein, or at or before the start date for the project

�          The remaining 25% of the project fee, due at the hand-off of the project (Phase 6)

Invoices are due upon receipt.
