6.0  Email messages are electronic mails and attract a fee of seven hundred fifty naira, depending on the html quality of the messages and attached image.

7.0  Email messages are electronic mails and attract a fee of one thousand naira, depending on the html quality of the messages and attached video & voice; two hundred naira is deducted if there is no sound.
